Esband USA

Esband USA provides truly endless fabric belts and coatings for some of the most difficult belting applications in the world. All production at Max Schlatterer (Endless Schlatterer BANDs) takes place at our new state-of-the-art facility in Southern Germany that was completed in January 2021 (TÜV certified ISO 9001 & ISO 14001). In April 2022, we opened our first international location in Midlothian, VA, to distribute these products throughout North America. These products can also be stocked at our Midlothian facility for next day delivery.

All of our fabric belts are stitched truly endless in-house (Polyester, Kevlar, Nylon, Elastic Yarn, Glass Silk, etc.). We then add truly endless thermoset covers (Silicone, PU, TPU, HT, Neoprene, Natural Rubber, NBR, EPDM, PVC, etc.). Most of our material covers have multiple colors and durometers to choose from based on application need. For instance we have two different versions of Silicone due to different application needs (1-K Silicone 30ShA & 2-K Silicone 50ShA). Both materials can be finished with a ground or glossy cover in white, blue, red, or yellow, and can be put on any of our fabric materials or timing belts.

We only use the highest grade raw materials in our manufacturing process which, combined with our truly endless production process, leads to some of the most reliable and sustainable belts in the industry.
